#Microsoft #SurfacePro5Microsoft Surface Pro 5 boosts superior specs than Apple’s iPad Pro2, to be released early 2017 : With Black Friday coming up, various deals are now being offered for many devices. Many reports said that users should turn a blind eye on the deals for the Surface Pro 4 as the release of Microsoft Surface Pro 5 is just around the corner.

We all know that Microsoft Surface Pro 5 was noticeably left out from the recent Microsoft event, but fans still believe that the hybrid device is indeed arriving very soon.

Though the tech giant has not confirmed the improvement of the Surface Pro 5 rumors but the speculations and leaks about the device are abounding. The upcoming hybrid seems to rock the hybrid portable enterprise device market next year.

The rumors are pointing that Microsoft will be releasing a hybrid device that will be equipped with Intel’s Kaby Lake processors. The Microsoft’s decision to apparently release Surface Pro 5 early 2017 instead of late 2016 appears to target the release of Intel’s latest processor.

Surface Pro 5, with Kaby Lake chips, would stand far beyond than its competitor especially the upcoming Apple iPad Pro 2, which is also rumored to be released in early 2017. Another reason why Surface Pro 5 release date pushed to 2017 also includes the Windows 10 Redstone 2 OS arrival, which is also scheduled for early 2017.

The next-gen Microsoft tablet is expected to pack in a 16GB of RAM and powered by Intel’s Kaby Lake processor as said earlier. Surface Pro 5 is also expected to feature the Nvidia Pascal GPU card as well as the enhanced battery with USB-C support, reports iDigital Times.

According to Inquisitr, Surface Pro 5 is equipped with as much as 1TB of storage and 16GB of RAM, while Apple’s 12.9-inch iPad Pro currently tops at 256GB of storage and 4GB of RAM

One thing that would definitely give the Surface Pro 5 a definitive edge over the iPad Pro 2 is the operating system used in the two devices. The iPad Pro 2 would most likely still run iOS, a mobile operating system. This severely cripples the device, since even basic tasks such as working on multiple MS Word documents would prove tricky on the iPad Pro 2.

Microsoft’s Surface Pro 4 and iPad Pro of Apple Inc. were two of the most awaited tablets that were released in 2015. The Surface Pro 4 was unveiled at the beginning of October 2015, and one month later, the iPad Pro rolled out, according to Load The Game, now the rivalry to be seen between the Surface Pro 5 and the iPad Pro 2.

According to AutoWorldNews, Microsoft Surface Pro 5’s base model will be starting at $899. The 4K UHD model will come with a steep price tag of $1,599, if rumors proved to be true.
