What made the tablet so special is because it’s so powerful that it can replace any laptop. Microsoft’s Surface Pro opened up a new category on the tech market and tech companies everywhere are trying to create devices that fit the Surface Pro category. One of the top competitors that pose a threat to Microsoft’s Surface Pro is the Eve Tech and the Finish Company recently released a report that showcased the specs their Eve V tablet will have.

The Eve V will be powered by an Intel 7th gen Core m3/i5 or i7 that will be paired with either 8GB or 16GB of LPDDR3 RAM. Regarding the storage department the tablet will be available in the 128GB/256GB and the 512GB SSD variants. The Finish tablet will sport a 12.3 inch 2763 x 1824 IGZO LCD display and the battery life is supposedly going to last for over 12H of mixed usage. The report also showed that the Eve V will have the following sensors: Light, Hall, Gravity, Gyro and Fingerprint sensors.

The tablet is expected to run on Windows 10, it will also include a fingerprint scanner that’s placed directly on the tablet and a non-removable keyboard. The tablet’s audio design was inspired by Apple’s iPad Pro respectively the quad speaker system.

From what we can see it’s pretty clear that the Finish Eve V surpasses Microsoft’s Surface Pro in terms of specs. The tablet is not available right now since its still in the development process, the Finish company actually managed to raise $75,000 on the crowdsourcing website Indiegogo. The way Indiegogo works is that if you decide to donate money you will not have to pay the full price when the tablet if finally launched.
